a person who has met the following requirements:

 1.  Is an Accredited Senior Valuer.

 ​2.  Passed the exams of the Authority's curriculum which contains the following courses:

· 111: Advanced Market Analysis

· 112: Profit & Advanced Income Methods

· 113: Purpose-Built Office Valuation

· 114: Shopping Complexes Valuation

· 115: Hospitality & Entertainment Properties Valuation

· 116: Heritage & Historical Properties Valuation



3. Gained at least 500 hours of verifiable experience in the real estate sector, in addition to 2,500 hours of verifiable experience registered at the Authority, of which at least 1,500 hours have been worked on non-residential estates.

An Accredited Fellow Valuer can sign valuation reports.​
