a person who has met the following requirements:

1. ​Is an Accredited Valuer.

2. Passed the exams of the Authority's curriculum which contains the following courses:

·  108: Property Development & Residual Valuation

·  109: Land Economics & Property Investment

·  110: Accounting, Property Finance & Taxation



3. Gained at least 500 hours of verifiable experience in the real estate sector, in addition to the 2,000 hours of verifiable experience registered at the Authority, of which at least 500 hours as an Accredited Valuer.

An Accredited Senior Valuer can sign valuation reports.
