How can the applicant gain the required experience when Taqeem prevents practicing the profession without a membership?

The condition of practicing valuation before the law came into effect is for those who wish to acquire a provisional membership and shall be registered in the provisional registry at the Ministry.

For those who want to acquire the associate membership do not require prior experience and can work with provisional members, however, they cannot sign valuation reports.

There are two types of experience:

- Before the law, and it concerns excluded practitioners in Article 40 of the Accredited Valuers Law.

- Experience after acquiring the associate membership who can work with accredited or provisional valuers.
